Collision mitigation

With radar and camera inputs the Kia Soul can basically see what’s ahead. If it detects a collision risk like a cyclist that’s a bit too close, it gives an alert. If you don’t respond the car can even autonomously apply the brakes to keep you safe.
Cruise control

Using both the front camera and radars, the Kia Soul’s adaptive cruise control regulates speed and distance to the car in front. By braking and accelerating automatically, it will keep you nice and snug at a safe distance.

Lane keep assist
Stay in your lane
The Kia Soul comes with Lane Keep Assist. This uses a nifty little camera at the top of the windscreen to monitor the lines of the road. If you start drifting out, you’ll get an alert. The car can even steer you safely back into your lane. Cool.
Reversing camera

A Reversing Camera System fully integrated into the Sat-Nav screen makes parking up in reverse a walk in the park. There are rear parking sensors fitted to the back too, that let you know if you’re getting a bit close to anything. Win.
