Active park assist is my new favourite thing. Never again guess if you’ll fit in that space parallel park space. This uses sensors in the bumper to actively scan spaces as you cruise by. And then it can even park it for you. Awesome.
Speed limit assist
No need for speed
Active Speed Limit Assist means you’ll never accidentally speed again. Using a camera to detect speed limit signs, the car automatically sets top speeds to match. So you’ll keep cruising at a safe speed no matter where you’re driving.
Traffic sign recognition
Read the signs
What did that sign just say? You won’t have to worry about missing them anymore with Traffic Sign Assist. The EQC detects, scans, and conveys traffic signs to you via the digital display. Helping you drive safer no matter where you are.

If you like to change things up a bit, the Mercedes EQC has four different driving modes: Eco, Comfort, Sport, Max Range and Individual. Save your preference in the MercedesMe app and let the car remember your preference every journey.
Gesture control

This is ridiculous. The MBUX interior assistant can detect certain hand and arm movements as a contactless operating control, like summoning up the menu by making a V with your index and middle finger. Polite hand gestures only.

So much more than ambient lighting, the EQC has massaging front seats, a “PowerNap” function with calming sound effects, and even an intelligent fragrance generator for scenting, ionising and filtering the air in your car. So zen.
